Qualifications

At Thomson Power Systems, we are building a world‑class manufacturing facility in Arlington, Texas. We are seeking a Lead Assembler who can combine technical knowledge with a passion for developing people and supporting team success.

This position serves as a hands‑on working leader who helps train, coach, and support production team members while actively participating in assembly operations. The Lead Assembler plays a key role in maintaining safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.

Position Overview

As a Lead Assembler, you will act as the day‑to‑day leader for a production team, supporting Assemblers, Mechanical Assemblers, and Wiring Assemblers. You will help ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards while serving as a coach, mentor, and technical resource for team members.

This role is ideal for an experienced manufacturing professional who enjoys teaching others, solving problems, and leading through action.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coaching
