ESPEC North America, Inc. is hiring an Electrical Assembler I for our Electrical Department. We offer a 4-day work week with some overtime on Friday, a clean environment, and advancement opportunities. Hours are 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday, with some Friday overtime.

The role involves reading schematics, laying out components, and assembling heaters while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with hand tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds heaters.
• Mounts and lays out components.
• Reads schematics.
• Understands parts list and job routings.
• Uses hand, power, and air tools.
• Cleans work area, tools, and equipment. Performs other routine duties.
• Regular, physical attendance is required.
• Understands and abides by the Guiding Principles.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are currently hiring an Electrical Assembler I for our Electrical Department. We offer an awesome benefits package, a 4-day work week with some overtime on Friday, no mandatory weekend work, clean environment, and opportunities for advancement!

Hours: Full-time, 6:00am-4:30pm M-TH, some Friday OT.
