Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an Electrical Assembly technician to support electronics manufacturing on a second shift. You will operate selective soldering and wave soldering equipment, set up and monitor machines, and inspect assemblies to ensure quality.

The role offers a 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM schedule and a $21-22/hour pay with a 10% shift differential. Apply if you have PCB assembly experience and attention to detail, and are comfortable

Qualifications

• Experience operating selective soldering or wave soldering machines preferred.
• Previous electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly experience.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow written instructions and manufacturing procedures.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently in a team environment.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate selective soldering and wave soldering machines to support circuit board production.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust equipment to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
• Inspect completed assemblies and identify any soldering defects or quality concerns.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards throughout production.
• Complete production documentation and communicate any equipment or process issues to supervisors.
