Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components, wiring harnesses, control panels, and subassemblies accurately and efficiently.
• Follow engineering drawings and procedures to meet quality standards.
• Use hand tools and testing devices safely.
• Inspect assemblies for accuracy and compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate concerns to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist with procurement, receiving, and distribution of components.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify shortages or potential supply chain disruptions.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and material tracking.
• Coordinate material availability to support production schedules.
• Test and verify assemblies for standards and customer requirements.
• Document test results and quality concerns.
• Assist in maintaining and updating assembly instructions and technical documentation.
