Staffmark is hiring an Electrical Assembler in Ontario, CA. The role involves assembling electrical components using drawings, wiring and hand tools to meet production standards.

Pay is $18.00 per hour with a daytime schedule and opportunities for skill growth within a safety-focused manufacturing environment. Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of electrical assembly experience, plus wiring and mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of electrical assembly experience required.
• Strong wiring and mechanical skills preferred.
• Experience with wire harnesses and soldering is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components according to drawings and specifications.
• Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and wire strippers.
• Install, align, fit, and secure components to exact requirements.
• Dismantle, adjust, and reassemble equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the production process.
