Job summary

Staffmark Group in York, PA is hiring an Electrical Assembler (Direct Hire) for 1st shift. You will assemble, wire, test, and repair industrial machinery using hand tools and electrical schematics, contributing to production efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years of industrial electrical experience, reading schematics, and strong troubleshooting. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and technical training in Electrical Technology or related fields.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Technical training in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field preferred.
Knowledge of OSHA and NEC electrical safety standards is a plus.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in industrial electrical assembly, machine wiring, or related electrical manufacturing roles.

Responsibilities

Assemble, wire, test, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery, electrical systems, control panels, and automated equipment.
Build electrical systems using schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly instructions, and engineering documentation.
Install conduit, fabricate wiring harnesses, route and terminate wiring, and wire electrical cabinets and machine controls.
Perform electrical testing, basic calculations, and system verification to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
Identify wiring discrepancies, equipment issues, and process improvement opportunities while maintaining detailed documentation.
Support equipment startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and cross-training initiatives across electrical assembly functions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following company policies, OSHA standards, and all workplace safety procedures.
