Job summary

AtWork is seeking an Electrical Assembler for our growing manufacturing team. The candidate will measure, cut, and assemble wires and components, following schematics and prints, to build control systems. This role requires basic soldering and the ability to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The position offers day or swing shifts with overtime potential. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and 6 months to 1 year in manufacturing,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months–1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read electronic/electrical schematic diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut wire to specifications.
• Attach wires to boards using hand tools.
• Perform soldering.
• Complete assembly tasks on various control system designs per prints.
• Meet daily production goals as defined by Team Lead and Master Schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area adhering to 5S and shop floor protocols.
• Comply with company Safety and Quality Policies.
