Job summary

Pinnacle Staffing Group is seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble electrical components and systems, following engineering specifications and blueprints.

Responsibilities include testing assemblies, troubleshooting wiring issues, and maintaining accurate production records. You will work closely with engineers to improve processes while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in electrical assembly or related fields preferred.
• Proven experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• Understanding of safety protocols and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and systems according to engineering specifications and blueprints.
• Test and troubleshoot electrical assemblies to ensure proper functionality.
