AA2IT is seeking an Assembler to join our manufacturing team in the United States. The role involves assembling components across multiple product lines, selecting appropriate tools and fixtures, and testing completed assemblies.

You will troubleshoot issues that arise during assembly and testing, read blueprints, and ensure accurate dimensioning and tolerances. Labor records are created for all transactions and you will participate in continuous improvement initiatives using the Manufacturing

• Ability to read blueprints and identify components.
• Use hand tools and rework techniques, and set tolerances for mechanical parts.

The Assembler is responsible for assembling and testing products, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues.

• Assemble components of all Product Lines. Select correct tools and fixtures.


• Test assembled products. Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with the assembly and testing of products.


• Ensure ability to: read blueprints; identify components; use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques; operate equipment, dimensioning and setting tolerances of mechanical parts and assemblies.


• Create labor records for all transactions.


• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Experience

• 3 years

Education Background

• High School / Technical School

Certifications Required

• J-STD-001


• IPC 620
