Job description

Position: Electrical Assembler

Position Type: Full Time - Direct Hire

Location: Pineville, NC

Pay: $24/hr

Shift: 1st

Position Summary:

The Electrical Assembler's role is to assist in the production of complex OEM equipment by assembling and installing electrical panels, harnesses, and components in accordance with drawings, schematics, assembly instructions, and parts lists. The assembler will position electrical components and subassemblies to main equipment assemblies according to schematics and prints, using hand tools and power tools as applicable.

Position Responsibilities:

• Have good technical knowledge of assembly tasks.
• Possess excellent manual dexterity.
• Read instructions, manuals, drawings, schematics, etc., accurately.
• Work precisely and with attention to detail.
• Inspect own work for quality and thoroughness.
• Follow verbal instructions effectively.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
• Adhere to all safety protocols.
• Assist in other manufacturing or shop activities as needed.

Position Requirements:

• Associate's degree from a technical school or equivalent on-the-job training and work experience.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Assembler.
• Ability to read drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency with manual and power tools.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Self-motivated and autonomous.
