Job description

Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking Electrical Assemblers to join their team. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various production lines. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Electrical Assembler

Location:

Windsor Mill, MD

Shift:

6:00am-3:15pm Monday-Friday

Pay Range:

$18.00 per hour

What’s the Job?
  1. Perform a variety of production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies.
  2. Conduct quality inspections in accordance with quality specifications.
  3. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues associated with instrument assembly operations.
  4. Execute basic test instructions and analyze results to determine next steps.
  5. Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment through housekeeping responsibilities.
What’s Needed?
  1. 2 Years of assembly experience OR an AA technical degree with 1 year of assembly experience (REQUIRED)
  2. Basic understanding of wires, creating wire harnesses, soldering, connecting end caps onto wires
  3. High school degree or GED
  4. Experience in a regulated environment
  5. Proven leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop other associates
  6. Strong knowledge of mechanical tools and proficiency in reading drawings and specifications
  7. Basic proficiency with PCs and the ability to work in a repetitive environment
