Job summary

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Panel Builder for a company located in Sussex, WI. The role focuses on assembling electrical control panels to established engineering and quality standards, following drawings and wiring schematics.

You will lay out components, mount subpanels, and wire assemblies, with emphasis on accuracy and customer satisfaction. This is an associate-to-hire opportunity on 1st or 2nd shift, requiring 2+ years of electrical assembly experience, the ability to lift up to 75

• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand up to 8 hours.
• Willing to learn and follow established quality procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical control panels efficiently and in accordance with established engineering and quality standards
• Follow assembly instructions, drawing notes, and other documentation while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Lay out and mount electrical components, as well as drill, tape, and cut subpanels and enclosures
• Wire assembled components using basic schematics and/or wire lists
• May assist with training and support other assembly team members

Position Title: Panel Builder Wage: $26-$36/hour Shift: 1st, 2nd Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm, 2:00pm-12:00am

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Panel Builder for a company in Sussex, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity on 1st or 2nd shift.

Panel Builder Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assemble electrical control panels efficiently and in accordance with established engineering and quality standards
• Follow assembly instructions, drawing notes, and other documentation while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Lay out and mount electrical components, as well as drill, tape, and cut subpanels and enclosures
• Wire assembled components using basic schematics and/or wire lists
• May assist with training and support other assembly team members

Panel Builder Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in electrical assembly or a related electrical field
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to learn and follow established quality procedures and standards
