Aerotek in Naples, FL is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join a growing aerospace manufacturing team. You will assemble, inspect, and test aircraft components, following work instructions and engineering specs, with a focus on quality and safety.

The role offers a contract-to-hire path and a starting pay of $20-$26 per hour, with the possibility of raises after training. Work schedule is Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, onsite in Naples.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or aerospace experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assemble aircraft components and subassemblies according to work instructions, blueprints, and engineering specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete assembly tasks
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
• Follow manufacturing processes, safety procedures, and quality guidelines
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records
• Identify and report defects, material shortages, or process issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Naples, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
