Job summary

Apache Workforce is seeking Electrical Assemblers in Houston to build, wire, and install electrical components and assemblies in manufacturing environments. You will follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and production instructions to ensure accurate assembly.

Candidates with experience in electrical assembly, panel wiring, conduit installation, industrial manufacturing, or related work are encouraged to apply. Shifts include Day & Night, with a 10% night differential for qualifying hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of manufacturing, assembly, electrical, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand and power tools.
• Install and connect wiring, conduit, panels, and electrical components.
• Route, pull, secure, and terminate wiring according to drawings and specifications.
• Read and follow electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
• Verify materials and components before installation.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
• Identify and report damaged materials or equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
• Meet production and quality expectations.
• Work effectively with supervisors and other team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Location: Houston, TX
Shifts: Day & Night Shifts Available
Pay: $21.00–$27.00/hour, depending on experience
Night Shift Differential: Additional 10% for qualifying night-shift hours

Position Overview

Electrical Assemblers will build, wire, and install electrical components and assemblies while following blueprints, wiring diagrams, and production instructions.

Responsibilities

Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand and power tools.

Install and connect wiring, conduit, panels, and electrical components.

Electrical Assembler Levels

Electrical Assembler I

Assist with conduit installation and wire routing.

Install basic electrical components and hardware.

Assist with fabrication and installation of supports and mounting components.

3+ months of manufacturing, assembly, electrical, or related experience preferred.

Electrical Assembler II

In addition to Level I responsibilities:

Perform low-voltage wiring and terminations.
