Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Dracut, MA is seeking an Electrical Assembler (Temp-To-Perm) to build cable harnesses and other electronic assemblies. You will read schematics, follow detailed instructions, and use a range of hand tools to assemble components at a moderate pace.

Responsibilities include following assembly drawings, wiring instructions, and performing hand soldering/de-soldering as needed. This role operates Mon-Fri with standard day shifts, focusing on quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years experience in electrical assembly.
  • Solid experience in making cable harnesses and reading schematics.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide variety of electronic and electromechanical subassembly and assembly operations to build up and assemble units of moderate complexity (PCBs, modules, chassis, cable harnesses).
  • Follow production/assembly instructions and wiring diagrams to assemble components.
  • Utilize hand tools (soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers) and some semi-automatic equipment.
  • Ground and test assemblies; adhere to ESD guidelines.
