Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a 1st Shift Electrical Assembler in Maryland to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will assemble electrical components, wire harnesses, and control panels while reading blueprints and diagrams. The role involves using hand and power tools, performing basic electrical tests, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of electrical wiring or panel assembly preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Basic electrical knowledge from training or hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components, wire harnesses, and control panels.
• Install wiring, breakers, busbars, and related electrical parts.
• Use hand tools and power tools to build and modify assemblies.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Perform basic electrical testing using multimeters and visual inspections.
• Follow safety, quality, and work instruction standards.
• Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of electrical wiring or panel assembly experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Basic electrical knowledge through school, training, or hands-on experience
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record
• High School Diploma or GED required
