Job summary

Technology Transfer Services seeks an Electrical Facilitator to deliver high‑quality technical instruction and hands‑on learning for Electrical Apprentices under the Technical Learning University (TLU).

You will develop and deliver courses on electrical fundamentals, PLCs, Rockwell/Siemens controls, VFDs, HMIs, CNC systems, robotics, safety, and troubleshooting, while maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Significant experience in industrial electrical maintenance and controls.
• Ability to read electrical prints and schematics.
• Experience coaching or training apprentices.
• Familiarity with apprenticeship programs and competency-based learning.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom, laboratory, and hands-on instruction for Electrical Apprentice courses.
• Deliver training on electrical fundamentals, PLCs, Rockwell/Siemens controls, VFDs, HMIs, CNC systems, robotics.
• Prepare lesson plans, demonstrations, and assessments.
• Assess learner knowledge and provide timely coaching and feedback.
• Track learner progress, attendance, and completion in learning systems.
• Maintain safe training equipment and work environments.
