Job summary

Amteck, LLC is seeking an Apprenticeship Program Manager to lead and grow the registered apprenticeship program. You will serve as the primary point of contact for apprentices, coordinate enrollment and documentation, and work with field leadership to enhance training and development across the organization.

The role requires travel to job sites and offices, ensuring apprentices progress and program records are maintained in alignment with NEC standards and company values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the registered apprenticeship program.
• Serve as the primary resource for apprentices, providing guidance, support, and communication.
• Monitor apprentice progress and ensure compliance with DOL requirements.
• Coordinate enrollment, documentation, OJT tracking, and program records.
• Partner with supervisors and field leadership to support apprentice engagement and development.
• Travel to job sites and regional offices for field visits and training.
• Evaluate and improve program processes and materials.
