Our team of electricians, HVAC technicians, and plumbers handles routine service calls to full system installations. We invest in people with hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path from apprentice to journeyman.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in, or willingness to enroll in, an approved electrical apprenticeship program.
• Basic computer skills, including email.
• Willingness to learn to read blueprints, diagrams and schematics.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interest in learning the electrical trade.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems (wiring, conduit, panels, fixtures, outlets, switches).
• Measure, cut, bend, and install conduit and wiring per specifications.
• Pull wire through conduit and structures.
• Assist with installing and connecting electrical devices, breakers, and panels under direct supervision.
• Learn to test circuits and components using multimeters and other diagnostic tools.
• Observe and assist with troubleshooting basic electrical issues alongside a journeyman or master electrician.
• Keep the job site clean, organized, and stocked with needed materials.

Eligibility Requirements

• Valid driver's license required.


• Employment and education verification.


• Authorized to work full-time in the United States.


• Post-offer pre-employment drug testing required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in hot and cold weather conditions.


• Ability to work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and on rooftops.


• Ability to bend, crawl, stoop, stretch, and reach.


• Ability to work safely on ladders and uneven surfaces.


• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
