You will learn to read blueprints and diagrams while using hand and power tools under supervision to support various plumbing tasks. This full-time on-site role emphasizes safety, hands-on training, and a clear apprentice-to-journeyman pathway.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in learning the plumbing trade.
• Ability to use hand and power tools under supervision.
• Basic computer skills, including email.
• Willingness to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plumbing repairs and installations, including kitchens, bathrooms, gas lines, and waterlines.
• Help install and repair standard and tankless water heaters.
• Assist with tub, shower, toilet, and faucet installations.
• Support leak detection and plumbing diagnostics.
• Help repair and maintain pool heating systems.
• Help ensure work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Accurately document work performed.
• Learn and apply industry best practices and new technologies.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Eligibility Requirements

• Valid driver's license required.
• Employment and education verification.
• Authorized to work full‑time in the United States.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in hot and cold weather conditions.
• Ability to work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and on rooftops.
• Ability to bend, crawl, stoop, stretch, and reach.
• Ability to work safely on ladders and uneven surfaces.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
