Domtar is seeking safety-oriented individuals to join our team as Electrical and Instrumentation Journeyman. The primary function of the Electrical and Instrumentation Journeyman is to maintain equipment to keep it running smoothly, perform tests and calibrations, repair or replace components and troubleshoot equipment operational problems. Must have a personal dedication to safety, including proactive support of efforts to create a culture of safety excellence. The current workschedule consists of rotating 12-hour assignments known as the DuPont 7 rotation.
New employees earn $39.90 an hour plus shift differential while on shift rotation. Domtar offers competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401(k) with company match and additional auto contribution. Benefits are effective on the 1st of the month following the hire date.
