All appointments are as Lecturers under the CSU–CFCA Collective Bargaining Agreement. Initial appointments are for one semester.
Classification range: $5,507 – $6,677 per month (anticipating up to $6,221 per month). Compensation is prorated to units worked and paid in six monthly installments. Typical three‑unit assignment starts at $6,608.40–$7,465.20 per semester.
Evaluations align with the Collective Bargaining Agreement and University Policy Statement 210.070. Outcomes influence continued teaching assignments.
Positions are most needed in Fall and Spring. The fall term runs late August to mid‑December; the spring term runs mid‑January to end of May. Rarely, summer sessions require faculty.
