Job summary

Itron is seeking an Electric Solution Consultant to partner with Account Executives in supporting Resiliency Solutions for Electric utilities. The role leads discovery, crafts tailored demonstrations, and translates requirements into compelling proposals aligned with product capabilities and implementation strategies.

The position requires 5+ years of solution consulting experience for enterprise SaaS, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50% within assigned territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years in solution consulting or sales engineering for enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with utility customers and supporting technical sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery engagements with electric utilities to capture objectives and challenges.
• Translate requirements into actionable solution recommendations and demos.
• Create proposals, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and support POC engagements.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure value delivery.
