You will define scope and milestones, manage budget and schedule, drive risk management, and coordinate engineers, contractors and procurement to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years experience in electrical engineering, project management, or related role.
• Transmission line and/or Substation experience is required.
• Experience with electrical utilities, system design, installation, and maintenance projects.
• Proven experience managing capital projects, programs, or portfolios.
• Strong understanding of utility project lifecycle and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of capital projects within electric utility systems.
• Define scope, milestones, and timelines; ensure safety and compliance.
• Control budget and schedule; monitor expenditures and forecast performance.
• Coordinate engineers, technicians, contractors, equipment and materials.
• Maintain strong client engagement and transparent updates.
