The L.E. Myers Co. is seeking a Safety Specialist to work with field staff, clients, and subcontractors across multiple worksites with travel. You will ensure adherence to safety policies and regulations, coach personnel, and participate in hazard analysis and safety planning.

Developed safety plans, conduct on-site observations, and lead accident investigations while coordinating with Operations and Safety teams to meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in EHS field
• High school diploma or GED required
• One safety certification preferred (CSHO/CHST/SMS/SSH/CSP)

Responsabilidades

• Perform ongoing site visits to observe safety behaviors and conditions
• Coordinate with Operations to create site-specific safety plans
• Participate in project kick-off and progress meetings
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations
• Coach site personnel on safety practices
• Conduct accident/injury investigations and root cause analyses
• Support incident case management and corrective actions
• Assist in safety committee activities and trend analysis
