Job summary

Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC is seeking a Project Planning Coordinator to develop and maintain construction schedules and sequence documents. You will coordinate field activities across multiple teams and keep stakeholders informed of project status, ensuring minimal outages and reliable transmission.

The role requires on-site and office work, with a focus on timely updates, safety compliance, and effective collaboration with contractors and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Develops, revises, and maintains construction schedules and sequence documents.
• Coordinates meetings (district status, pre-bid, pre-construction, etc.).
• Communicates project status to internal and external parties to resolve issues.
• Manages line and equipment clearance requests and NOMCR submissions.
• Prioritizes tasks to maintain schedules and efficiency.
