Job summary

Devine Management Consulting is seeking an experienced Motor Winder to relocate to Corpus Christi, Texas. The role focuses on rewinding and maintaining industrial electric motors and rotating equipment.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on winding experience, be able to read winding data, and work with copper coils. Relocation and on-site training are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on industrial electric motor winding/rewinding experience.
• Experience with industrial electric motors and rotating equipment.
• Willing to relocate to Corpus Christi, TX.

Responsibilities

• Rewind AC/DC motors, stators, armatures, wound rotors, generators, and field coils
• Strip motors and accurately record winding data and dimensions
• Cut, form, wind, and install copper coils/windings
• Perform form and random winding
• Install insulation, leads, wedges, and connections
• Perform brazing and silver soldering
• Conduct Megger, surge, and insulation-resistance testing
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble industrial electric motors
