Job summary

Devine Management Consulting in Corpus Christi, TX is recruiting Electric Motor Repair Technicians, Motor Winders and Rewind Technicians. Relocation to Corpus Christi is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Repair, rebuild, wind and rewind AC/DC industrial motors and generators.
• Read winding diagrams and repair specifications.
• Disassemble, inspect and reassemble motors.
• Perform Megger, surge, Hi-Pot and insulation testing.
• Install copper windings, insulation, wedges and leads.
• Work with VPI and burnout/bake processes.

We are recruiting experienced Electric Motor Repair Technicians, Motor Winders and Motor Rewind Technicians from the South Bend, Indiana area for multiple openings in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Job Location: Corpus Christi, TX — Must Relocate
Pay: $24–$34/hour DOE + Overtime

Relocation & Bonus Package

• Up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement
• $1,950 housing assistance
• $1,000 Day 1 sign-on bonus
• $1,500 after 90 days
• $1,500 after 180 days

Responsibilities

• Repair, rebuild, wind and rewind AC/DC industrial motors and generators
• Rewind stators, armatures, wound rotors and field coils
• Strip old windings and collect/record winding data
• Perform form coil and random winding
• Install copper windings, insulation, wedges and leads
• Perform brazing and soldering
• Disassemble, inspect and reassemble motors
• Perform Megger, surge, Hi-Pot and insulation testing
• Work with VPI and burnout/bake processes
• Read winding diagrams and repair specifications
