Job summary

Devine Management Consulting in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking an experienced Electric Motor Winder Technician to join our team. You will disassemble, inspect, diagnose, rewind, and rebuild industrial motors and coils, reading schematics and winding specs.

Full-time, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with relocation required. Earn $24–$34/hour DOE plus overtime, plus a generous relocation package including up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement and a $1,950 housing stipend, plus $4,000 in bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial motor winding and/or coil-building experience.
• Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and winding specifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, diagnose, rewind, and rebuild industrial electromechanical equipment, including AC/DC motors.
• Read schematics and winding specs to ensure correct assembly and testing.
• Inspect windings and insulation, and verify electrical connections.
• Use basic hand tools and follow safety procedures.

We are hiring 4+ experienced Electric Motor Winder Technicians for immediate openings in Corpus Christi, TX. If you have 3+ years of hands-on industrial motor winding and/or coil-building experience, we want to hear from you.

Pay & Schedule

• $24–$34/hour DOE + Overtime
• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Corpus Christi, TX — Relocation required

Relocation & Bonus Package

• Up to $3,000 relocation reimbursement
• $1,950 housing assistance stipend
• $4,000 in bonuses: $1,000 Day 1 + $1,500 at 90 days + $1,500 at 180 days

The Work

Review work orders, winding data, and schematics to disassemble, inspect, diagnose, rewind, and rebuild industrial electromechanical equipment, including AC/DC electric motors. Work may include copper coil building, stators, armatures, rotors, field coils, insulation, connections, and electrical testing.
