Job Details

Position: 2nd Shift Electric Motor Technician I

Hours: 3:00PM - 11:30PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch, and a 12% shift differential.

Responsibilities

1. Read and interpret job cards for work instructions and estimates.
2. Test and troubleshoot electromechanical equipment.
3. Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment, noting parts and conditions.
4. Replace or repair mechanical and electromechanical components.
5. Retest equipment for proper operation.
6. Complete job documentation accurately.
7. Operate specialized repair and testing equipment.
8. Lift and secure heavy objects safely.
9. Follow safety procedures and use protective gear.
10. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform skill-related training.
3. Good computer skills.
4. Tools and toolbox provision.
5. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
6. Willingness to be on call one weekend every five weeks.

Additional Information

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
