Job Description:

Microchip Technology Inc. is a market leader in designing, manufacturing, and marketing Frequency Control, Sensor, and Hybrid Product solutions using cutting-edge techniques. For over 70 years, our Mount Holly Springs facility has provided solutions for Satellite Constellations, Deep Space Exploration Missions, Military Systems, GPS, Communication Networks, and more. Essential Responsibilities:
  • Identify, read, and interpret process documentation to perform automated testing.
  • Interpret basic test data to determine pass/fail results.
  • Operate basic test equipment (multimeter) and automated test systems.
  • Perform basic soldering of surface mount components.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Required:
  • Quality and safety-minded.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Basic PC skills, math skills, and product knowledge.
  • Basic electronic/electrical knowledge or understanding.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Schedule:
  • M-F, 3:30 pm - 12 am. Eligible for a 10% shift differential.
