Qualifications

• Electrical motor repair experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving ability and mechanical aptitude.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of electric motors (AC/DC, single/three-phase, servo types).
• Read and interpret schematics, datasheets, blueprints, and sketches to plan motor projects.
• Disassemble and reassemble standard motors; inspect shaft, housing fits and runout.
• Identify motor components and perform bearing tests and shaft inspection.
• Operate shop power and test equipment and deliver routine jobs on time.
