Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking an Electromechanical Rewind Technician in Texas. You will rewind motors, dismantle damaged equipment, and inspect windings while documenting test data and operating conditions to support reliability for critical infrastructure.

You will wind and test equipment, prepare parts for rewinding, and ensure safety procedures are followed. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and a commitment to quality in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience rewinding AC and DC electric motors.
• Experience with windings of armatures and rotor poles.
• Ability to perform basic math and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Rewind various kinds of electromechanical equipment.
• Dismantle and/or strip damaged equipment, including media blasting.
• Inspect equipment for winding damage and electrical malfunctions.
• Document data related to the unit’s electromagnetic characteristics and conditions.
• Prepare reusable parts for rewinding and inspect for damage.
• Wind various kinds of electromechanical equipment.
• Test rewound equipment and document results per standards.
