Job summary

Team Fishel in Efland, NC seeks an Electric Lineworker Trainer to deliver training to Apprentice Lineworkers in underground and overhead distribution work across North Carolina and Virginia.

The Trainer will lead classroom, hands-on, and field training initiatives while promoting safety and building employee mastery. Occasional travel to Virginia offices is required. Team Fishel offers competitive pay and benefits along with a clear career development path.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in distribution electric industry with Journeyman Lineworker certification.
• Knowledge of maintenance and operating procedures and processes used in the programs assigned.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of PC applications/skills (Microsoft and Google Suite).
• Valid driver's license.
• Occasional day and overnight travel to Team Fishel offices in Virginia will be required.

Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is hiring an Electric Lineworker Trainer for our Efland, NC operation. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering training to Apprentice Lineworkers in underground and overhead Electrical Distribution work in both North Carolina and Virginia.

Duties

Leads learning events to build student knowledge and skills with a primary focus on electric distribution operation as well as maintenance activities.
