Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Line-worker I Supervisor to lead line crews installing, maintaining and repairing the electric distribution system. Position requires overseeing equipment, materials, and documentation, including tailboards and time sheets.

Qualified applicants will have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least three years as a Line-worker I; supervisory experience is preferred. A Class A CDL with Special Trailer Endorsement and a safe driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years as a Line-worker I; supervisory experience preferred.
• CDL Class A with Special Trailer Endorsement and a clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises line crews in installation, maintenance and repair of underground and overhead electric distribution systems.
• Oversees equipment, materials, and records including time sheets and tailboard documentation.
• Trains and mentors Line-workers to ensure safety rules are followed; evaluates performance and initiates corrective action.
