Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited institution, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2 years of related project management or engineering experience (PM track).
• Senior role requires 6 years of related project management or engineering experience, incl. 3 years full-scope utility PM.
• PMP certification is preferred or pursuing it.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple transmission, distribution, and substation projects to meet capacity, reliability, and financial goals.
• Lead development and execution of project plans including safety, scope, cost, schedule, cash flow, quality, and risk.
• Direct project teams and coordinate cross-discipline construction work to meet budgets and timelines.
• Conduct meetings, manage contracts, resolve internal and external conflicts, and track timelines and forecasts.
