Job summary

Paradise Plumbing & Air Conditioning in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an Electrical Field Supervisor to lead on residential service calls, coach field electricians, and drive safety, quality, and growth across the team.

You will supervise 3–6 technicians, ensure NEC code adherence, and partner with dispatch, sales, and operations to deliver top-tier customer experiences while advancing your team's skills and career development.

Qualifications

• Valid State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of residential electrical experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior electricians strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of NEC code and permitting processes.
• Excellent customer communication and job-site professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support field operations.
• Comfortable using service software, tablets, and job management tools.

Responsibilities

• Run service calls and generate revenue through high-quality residential electrical work.
• Supervise and support a team of field electricians (typically 3–6 techs).
• Conduct regular ride-alongs and provide in-field coaching on technical skills and customer service.
• Ensure adherence to electrical code, safety standards, and job site best practices.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of field staff.
• Help resolve escalated customer issues or job complications with professionalism and care.
• Maintain communication with the dispatch, sales, and operations teams.
• Monitor job quality, efficiency, and performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Support inventory tracking, vehicle inspections, and tool compliance.

Electrical Field Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
