Job summary

Devine Management Consulting, LLC is seeking a hands-on maintenance specialist for our Corpus Christi, TX site, with relocation assistance available. This full-time, onsite role ensures equipment uptime for industrial rotating and mechanical systems.

You will diagnose failures, perform repairs, and document activities on motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, seals, shafts, and related components, using hand tools and precision measuring equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial equipment repair, rotating equipment, mechanical maintenance, pump repair, or motor repair.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hand tools, hoists, precision measuring equipment, and shop repair equipment.
• Industrial maintenance or mechanical repair background required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose equipment failures and determine appropriate repairs
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble industrial equipment
• Repair and service motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, seals, shafts, couplings, and related components
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and basic electrical systems
• Perform equipment inspections, testing, alignment, and preventive maintenance
• Replace worn or damaged mechanical components
• Read technical manuals, equipment specifications, and mechanical drawings
• Maintain repair and maintenance documentation
