Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support development test units through setup, troubleshooting and validation.
• Monitor testing progress, communicate results, risks, and issues.
• Develop and improve first-time-capable test procedures for calibration and hardware development.
• Lead diagnosis and root-cause investigation of issues during testing.
• Collaborate with PDTs and cross-functional teams to improve test methods.
• Develop automated data analysis and post-processing tools to ensure data quality.
• Create and standardize global test procedures and best practices.
• Coordinate with facilities, calibration, and hardware release engineers to improve testing.
• Support virtual development activities via physics-based modeling and data analytics.
• Mentor and train new engineers to grow technical capabilities.
