Job summary

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in electric traction motors, drive units or related hardware development.
Strong understanding of electric machine theory, drive unit architectures, power electronics, and transmissions.
Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop and execute subsystem-level testing for electric drive and transmission systems.
Develop calibrations, analyze data, and create automations to improve test efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor new engineers.
Support virtual development activities and model-based engineering approaches.
