Responsibilities

• Apply National Grid construction standards and service information to field and construction work.
• Read and interpret diagrams, site plans and technical documentation.
• Perform technical evaluations of distribution facilities.
• Use Work Management Systems to develop, issue and track work packages.
• Provide technical guidance to customers on service requirements and modifications.
• Communicate with customers, municipal officials and contractors.
• Support cross-department collaboration to improve process flow.
