Job summary

You will interpret diagrams, perform technical evaluations, and guide customers on service requirements while coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Apply National Grid construction standards and NEC/NESC knowledge to field and construction applications.
• Read and interpret one line diagrams and site plans.
• Provide technical guidance to customers on service requirements and modifications.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support efficient work execution.
• Respond to emergency call outs when required.
