Responsibilities

• Reads work orders and listens to the truck to diagnose malfunctions.
• Provides solutions and estimates as appropriate.
• Performs mechanical repairs after inspection.
• Records repair details with model, serial number, and meters.
• Obtains customer signatures and communicates repair needs.
• Inspects guards, bolts, and safety devices and makes adjustments.
• Lubricates parts and tests repaired trucks for conformance.
• Represents Equipment Depot professionally to customers.
• Tracks service van maintenance with operations or service manager.
• Maintains safe work environment for customers and company.
• Submits time cards daily and reports to service administrator.
