PNM Resources, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Construction and Maintenance to supervise the execution of electrical construction and maintenance programs.

The role focuses on timely planning, resource estimation, and coordination across engineering, field operations, and reliability teams. Under general supervision, you will direct project schedules, manage contracts, and ensure alignment with customer requirements while adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with 5–7 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience related to the discipline.

Responsabilités

• Oversees timely and efficient project management of utility construction and maintenance projects of moderate to complex engineering scope.
• Negotiates and manages construction and maintenance contracts for projects, professional services, materials, and equipment.
• Plans schedules and estimates all engineering, craft, and non-labor resources necessary to complete work.
• Develops yearly master schedules including all preventive maintenance and capital projects.
