Job summary

Top Tempo Technical seeks a Field Service Technician for Electric Bus / High Voltage electrical systems. You will troubleshoot, install, and repair high‑voltage electrical systems on transit vehicles in the field.

Required: E-bus experience and 2+ years in electrical or related fields; strong troubleshooting and schematic skills; valid driver’s license; PLC/ladder logic and hydrogen training are a plus. Extensive travel is expected.

Qualifications

E-bus experience required.
2+ years of electrical, HVAC, or related technical field.
High-voltage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot advanced electric vehicle high-voltage systems and electronics.
Install electrical systems and components on transit vehicles.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment in the field.
Repair or replace wiring, relays, motors, lighting, and other electrical components.
Identify electrical problems using testing equipment (ammeters, voltmeters, multimeters).
Inspect transformers and circuit breakers in bus systems.
