Job summary

Hydromotion, a trusted leader in fluid and electric transition components, is expanding its first-shift Assembly Team with an Electric Assembler. You will assemble, test, and repair electrical and mechanical components, following detailed work instructions and engineering prints to ensure quality.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of assembly experience in manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and comfort with hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand prints (or willingness to learn).
• 1+ year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable working with tools and electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and repair electrical and mechanical components.
• Read and follow work instructions and engineering prints.
• Measure, cut, strip, tin, and solder wire and connectors.
• Install wire sheathing, heat shrink, insulation, and epoxy.
• Use hand and power tools to build finished assemblies.
• Perform functional testing using test equipment.
• Stamp or etch serial numbers on components.
• Clean parts and assemblies manually or with automated equipment.
