Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers rigorous, inquiry-based electives lessons that foster curiosity and critical thinking.
• Develops cohesive unit and lesson plans aligned with GGA’s standards and electives literacy.
• Uses student data to differentiate instruction and measure mastery of concepts.
• Creates varied formative and summative assessments to gauge understanding.
• Incorporates interdisciplinary connections between electives and other subjects.
• Encourages hands-on, project-based learning and culturally responsive teaching.
