• Experience in designing and delivering training programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments for content delivery and scheduling feasibility.
• Deliver training to county boards on updated processes and modernized software.
• Provide campaign finance treasurer training content and delivery.
• Create job aids, guides, SOPs, and other written materials.
• Use instructional design software to create eLearning modules and presentations.
