Job summary

The San Bernardino County Registrar of Voters is recruiting Elections Services Assistants to support the busy elections team. The role focuses on coordinating with vendors for the design and production of election materials, overseeing inventory, and ensuring timely preparation of equipment, materials, and supplies.

The assistant also helps develop and update procedural guidelines, compiles reports, and creates spreadsheets for analysis and documentation.

Qualifications

• One year of full-time experience coordinating projects and events.
• Experience reading and following strict procedures and guidelines.
• Proficiency with desktop computers and standard office software.
• Election environment experience and strong communication/customer service are preferred.
