Responsibilities

• Learn to verify codes and enter information into data entry system and maintain master files.
• Receive election documents and provide information on rules and procedures.
• Greet and assist the public and candidates at counter and over the phone; direct calls to appropriate staff.
• Train to operate office machines such as data entry terminals, typewriters, printers, and copy machines.
• Compute fees, issue receipts, sell maps and voter indices, and accept filing fees.
